Le Thuy is a lowland district in Quang Binh province with Truong Son range to the west. The topography is characterized by general slope which is lower towards the East to the narrow plain of Kien Giang river. The East portion is the coastline with a range of white sand dunes and clean seawater. The district accommodates Bang mineral spring which is currently exploited as resort and as bottled water source. Besides, Ngu Thuy beach is also being exploited as a tourist destination.
